Victoria and Liam's Elegant Hope Street Hotel Wedding

What a magical day it was for Vicky & Liam. Choosing Hope Street Hotel for their wedding reception was certainly a hit with their guests, with views of the Liverpool city sky line for miles- nobody could take their eyes off the picturesque sights.
Bridal Prep
As I arrived at the hotel Vicky and her bridal party were relaxing and being pampered with hair and make up.
Bridesmaids then helped Vicky in to her dress and shortly after, Dad arrived to escort his beautiful daughter down to the cars to the church. It was a proud and emotional moment for this happy father of the bride.
After setting off we all headed to Our Lady and Saint Nicholas church on the iconic Liverpool waterfront. Groom Liam & his ushers finished their breakfast at Ma Boyles and made their way across the court yard to the church,
The bridal party made a stunning entrance into the grand waterfront church. Bride Vicky joined her groom Liam at the alter ready to say I Do.
Son Alfie provided the wedding rings to his Mum and Dad and after their vows were exchanged they were announced to their congregation as husband and wife -YAY !
Taking full advantage of the beautiful gardens and gorgeous views the bridal party joined for their formal pictures.
Reception
As guests headed back to the hotel for cocktail hour, we took a slight detour on our way back to take some pictures around the quaint Faulkner Square streets.
The happy couple rejoined their guests for drinks and shortly after they all headed in to the “Fifth two“ room for the wedding breakfast.
Some very entertaining speeches followed. First up was Vicky’s Dad and Son Alfie who put a twist on their speech and presented it in the form of a song, guests were laughing and crying at this sentimental moment !
Groom Liam then followed with his emotional speech and expressed how happy he was to finally make Vicky his wife !
Then his two best men were on their feet to tell their versions of some appropriately embarrassing stories for the guests.
Celebrations continued in to the evening starting with Vicky & Alfie’s Mother & son dance followed straight after with Vicky & Liam’s first dance as husband and wife.
It was a pleasure and so much fun capturing this special day for Vicky & Liam. They chose two stunning locations for their wedding celebrations and I could not be happier that they are finally Mr & Mrs !
