What a delightful day it was for my Bride and Groom on Saturday ! It was so lovely to see them take their vows and explore their charming wedding venue with their nearest and dearest.

At bridal prep Laura revealed her stunning bridal look to her bridesmaids and it was safe to say they were all so emotional! Son Theo also made quite the entrance in his very smart wedding suit looking totally adorable !!

As their family & friends gathered at St Luke’s Church Widnes, Groom Dave awaited at the top of the aisle for his bride Laura ( I must add how beautiful this church is with its medieval décor and stunning brick work it was a beautiful backdrop for the happy couples nuptials )

Bridesmaids along with Theo & Emma lead the way and were shortly followed by Laura & a very proud Father of the bride. A charming service accompanied the marriage formalities and shortly after the new Mr & Mrs Wood’s were announced to the congregation.

Confetti showered the happy couple as they made their way to the wedding car and which transported them to their wedding reception. Guests gathered on the grass terrace for cocktail hour at the Grosvenor Pulford, they welcomed and congratulated Laura & Dave and were entertained by acoustic guitarist Tom.

Family & friends were seated for the wedding breakfast and afterward were treated to lots of emotions, laughs and fun stories in speeches made by Dave, his Best Man and Laura’s Dad.

As the newlyweds took to the floor for their first dance as husband and wife, it’s safe to say everyone was in full party mode & they all could not be happier for this lovely couple. Special shout out to son Theo who broke out his best dance moves !

Also Dave’s nan ( who is 93 years young btw ) took to the dance floor surrounded by all her family, I must say its so nice to see a full dance floor again and everyone singing to their hearts content.

…and lastly, a beautiful father & daughter dance took centre stage as Laura & her dad shared an emotional moment and a very graceful dance together.
